I absolutely loved the huge room and the cleanliness! The breakfast was a highlight with so many tasty options. Just a heads-up, though, there’s no gym and no elevator, which might be tough for some. 😊

The location is perfect for exploring downtown Amman.
I was highly disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, especially during the check-in process. Additionally, the absence of an elevator made carrying bags to the second floor a hassle, which was frustrating after a long journey.

big apartment, clean facilities, great views
Strong drainage smell in the bathroom!!! Water from the shower runs across the floor and leaves a mess!!! The lack of a gym adds disappointment!!! Not having an elevator makes lugging your bags a chore!!!

great experience with minor drawbacks
The staff's friendliness made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, particularly the homemade pancakes that were a treat. Our King Suite with a balcony gave us a charming view of the city that enhanced our experience.
A small drawback was the absence of an elevator, making it a bit cumbersome to navigate with our luggage.

During my single night stay, the hospitality was outstanding, highlighted by the manager's attentive support, which transformed my experience into a family-like atmosphere. The spacious room exceeded expectations, and breakfast was a true delight with numerous delicious options, including marinated fish. However, the lack of a gym and elevator could be a consideration for some travelers, and the check-out process could use smoother coordination.
